Analyst Target Hikes

Analyst coverage has intensified, with Goldman Sachs lifting its price target on Keysight to $426 from $384, Citigroup raising it to $396 from $320, BofA Securities to $405 from $340, and UBS to $420 from $340. Baird, Wells Fargo and Susquehanna revised targets to $385, $390 and $425 respectively, all retaining buy‑to‑outperform ratings.
