Nurix Therapeutics (NRIX) continues to advance its lead candidate bexobrutideg, an oral, brain‑penetrant Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) degrader designed to treat B‑cell malignancies. The first patient was enrolled in the phase III DAYBreak CLL‑306 study, and the company plans to evaluate the drug in combination with venetoclax for chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Bexobrutideg also shows potential for immunology and neurology indications.
