BlackRock Increases Stake

Caledonia Mining Corporation's major shareholder, BlackRock, Inc., has notified the company that it crossed a threshold for notification of a relevant change on June 26, 2026. As a result, BlackRock now holds 4.83% of Caledonia's voting rights directly and an additional 0.93% through securities lending agreements. This brings its total stake in the company to 6.12%. The increase is attributed to the purchase of 935,553 shares, bringing its direct holding to 4.83%.
