Cinemark operates 496 theaters with 5,637 screens in 42 U.S. states and 13 Latin‑American countries. The company’s domestic market share grew by more than 100 basis points relative to pre‑pandemic levels, while its U.S. Movie Club membership increased by over 50 % since 2019. Alternative programming now accounts for more than 10 % of box‑office revenue, and premium screens (e.g., XD, ScreenX) represent about 15 % of box‑office revenue.
