Epcoritamab Improves Outcomes

Genmab’s most recent clinical data reinforce the therapeutic promise of epcoritamab. A post‑hoc subgroup analysis of the Phase 3 EPCORE FL‑1 trial showed that epcoritamab combined with rituximab and lenalidomide (R2) delivers a consistently reduced risk of disease progression or death, with hazard ratios below 0.3 across all FLIPI scores (0–2 and 3–5). Overall response rates for the combination ranged from 93 % to 96.5 %, and complete response rates were uniformly higher than for R2 alone across every subgroup examined, including patients with progression of disease ≤ 2 years from initial frontline therapy and varying fitness levels. The safety profile remained manageable and no new signals emerged.
