Omnicom Beats Estimates

Omnicom Group (NYSE:OMC) disclosed its Q2 2026 results on July 24, 2026, reporting revenue of $6.56 billion, a 6.1 % organic increase, and adjusted earnings of $2.65 per share. The figures beat consensus estimates by 0.4 % and 0.8 % respectively. Core Operations, which grew 6.1 % organically to $6.0 billion, delivered an adjusted EBITA of $1.1 billion and a margin of 17.8 %, up roughly 200 bps from the previous quarter. Net interest expense rose to $93 million from $41 million in 2025, a consequence of assuming Interpublic Group debt after its November 2025 acquisition, which added $2.5 billion in revenue but increased operating expenses by $2.1 billion. Excluding integration and amortization items, adjusted net income per share diluted rose 29 % to $2.65. The Interpublic integration has already yielded $3 billion in cost‑reduction synergies, with an additional $900 million projected by year‑end 2026. Management anticipates $525 million in revenue from disposals in the second half of 2026, further strengthening the bottom line.
