Oshkosh Corporation’s latest valuation work now estimates a fair value of $168.73, up 5.1% from $160.53, reflecting the company’s expanding non‑residential construction and Power & Data Center activities. Wells Fargo raised its price target to $204 from $168, while Citi, BofA, Truist, JPMorgan, UBS and DA Davidson have also lifted their targets over January and early February. In contrast, Morgan Stanley and Baird cut their targets, suggesting limited upside relative to earlier expectations. Oshkosh has issued 2026 earnings guidance, projecting diluted EPS of about $10.90, and the board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.57 per share, payable March 3, 2026 to shareholders of record on February 17, 2026. The company will also showcase autonomy, AI, connectivity and electrification technologies at CES 2026. The fair‑value update incorporates a net profit margin shift from 7.83% to 7.67% and a future P/E increase from 12.64x to 13.11x.
