Pipeline Strengthening

GENFIT has strengthened its pipeline through the acquisition of nangibotide, a late‑stage asset with a robust scientific and clinical foundation. Nangibotide has demonstrated multiple efficacy signals in Phase 2 clinical trials in septic shock and COVID‑19, including a statistically significant reduction in mortality in severe COVID‑19 and significant improvements in SOFA score from baseline in septic shock. The asset has an overall favorable safety and tolerability profile, with no meaningful differences versus placebo in safety outcomes across four clinical trials and more than 400 subjects exposed to nangibotide.
