Rapid Logistics Hub

Industrial and logistics property group CTP has established an 11,500‑sqm distribution hub in CTPark Česká Lípa for Saint‑Gobain’s Sekurit Service. The facility will serve as a packaging centre for finished replacement glass products, supporting dispatch to warehouses across Europe and cutting supply times. The hub’s strategic location between Germany and Poland enhances its role as a rapid logistics node for European markets. CTP’s expansion adds to its portfolio of 14.7 million sqm of GLA across 11 countries, serving over 1,700 clients, and reinforces the CTPark Česká Lípa site as a major logistical hub in northern Bohemia.
