UBS Shares Drop

Nilfisk Holding A/S was notified by UBS Group AG that, as of 27 February 2026, its total holding of Nilfisk shares and financial instruments had decreased. The share‑capital and voting rights attached to shares fell from 0.01 % to 0.09 %, while the share‑capital and voting rights through financial instruments dropped from 6.14 % to 0.21 %. Consequently, UBS’s total share‑capital in Nilfisk declined to 0.30 %. Prior to the reduction, on 25 February 2026, UBS held a significant stake, directly or indirectly controlling 81,422 shares/voting rights and other financial instruments. This represents a substantial decrease from its previous holding. The notification complies with Section 30 of the Danish Security Trading Act, which mandates disclosure of significant shareholdings and voting rights.
