Acquisition Accelerates Expansion

SoftBank’s acquisition of over 91 % of BALYO, completed in November 2024, has integrated the company into its ecosystem of intralogistics automation and robotics. The takeover has accelerated BALYO’s global expansion, now deploying more than 1,500 robots across more than 25 countries. The firm’s 2025 financial performance is highlighted with revenue reaching €31.4 million.
