Addendum Issued

BALYO has announced that an addendum to its report dated January 6 2026, prepared by independent expert Ledouble, is now available on its website. The addendum follows the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) requests for clarifications made during its review of the tender offer and squeeze‑out that SoftBank Group initiated. Minority shareholders also received a letter from the company regarding the review.
