The Paris Court of Appeal has ruled that Mr. Vincent Bolloré and Bolloré SE do not exercise control over Vivendi SE, confirming the analysis of the Cour de cassation. This decision follows the Cour de cassation's partial overturning of an earlier ruling in November 2025. As a result, Vivendi continues to operate independently without external control.
