The stabilisation action will be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and rules, and there is no assurance that the Stabilisation Managers will take any stabilisation action. The offer of SRE.L bonds is subject to certain conditions, including the registration or exemption from registration under the United States Securities Act of 1933.
