Broadening Immunology Portfolio

FB102 is a first‑in‑class anti‑CD122 antibody that has shown statistically significant benefit in a Phase 1b vitiligo trial and produced positive results in a Phase 1b celiac study last year. Phase 2 data for celiac disease are anticipated in the second half of 2024, and the program is also being evaluated for alopecia areata and other autoimmune conditions. By adding FB102 to its pipeline, argenx aims to broaden its immunology portfolio and accelerate development of the asset.
