CFO Appointment

Telo Genomics Corp. (TSXV: TELO) announced that John Price will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer effective January 30 , 2026. Price comes with more than 30 years of experience in accounting operations, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is not related to any member of the company’s board or other executives.
