Coramitug Milestone

The company's pipeline progress has been driven by partnered assets, such as coramitug for ATTR amyloidosis with cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) in the phase III CLEOPATTRA program. Novo Nordisk is evaluating this asset, which was initially developed by Prothena and acquired by Novo Nordisk in July 2021. The company received a $50 million clinical milestone payment tied to progress in phase III enrollment.
