Dividend Increase

Dividend was increased 10 % to an annual $2.31 per share, the 88th consecutive year of uninterrupted payments. Interim Minnesota rates of $28.6 million (effective Jan. 1 2026) and South Dakota interim rates of $5.7 million were advanced. The balance sheet supports the growth plan with a 16 % return on equity on an equity layer of 63 %.
