Dividend Update

On April 1, 2026, ADC announced a monthly cash dividend on its 4.25 % Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock of $0.08854 per depositary share, equating to $1.0625 per annum. The next preferred dividend is payable on April 1, 2026 to shareholders of record as of March 20, 2026. On April 15, 2026, the Board authorized a monthly cash dividend on common shares of $0.262 per share, amounting to an annualized $3.144 per share and representing a 3.6 % increase over the prior year’s dividend rate. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2026.
