Epcoritamab Efficacy

In the elderly diffuse large B‑cell lymphoma (DLBCL) population, two separate studies highlighted epcoritamab’s activity. The Phase 2 EPCORE DLBCL‑3 trial reported a 67 % overall response rate and a 58 % complete response rate, with a safety profile in line with expectations. The Phase 1b/2 EPCORE NHL‑2 trial achieved a 93 % overall response rate and an 86 % complete response rate, along with sustained minimal residual disease negativity and durable remissions. In both trials, the combination of epcoritamab with R‑mini‑CHOP yielded a safety profile consistent with prior reports; common Grade 3 treatment‑emergent adverse events included neutropenia, serious infections, and anemia. These results were presented at the European Hematology Association 2026 Congress in Stockholm, Sweden.
