EPI Partnership Expansion

ACI Worldwide has deepened its footprint in European payments by becoming a principal member of the European Payments Initiative (EPI) and integrating the EPI‑backed Wero instant‑payments wallet into its Payments Orchestration Platform. The partnership extends Wero’s availability from its launch in 2024 in Belgium, France and Germany to the Netherlands and Luxembourg in the coming months, enabling banks, PSPs and merchants across EU markets to offer instant, account‑to‑account payments via the platform.
