Q2 Financial Highlights

In its fiscal second quarter ended March 31 2026, GBDC reported a net loss of $0.18 per share (adjusted net loss $0.18) and GAAP net investment income of $0.33 per share (adjusted net investment income $0.34). Net asset value per share fell to $14.35 from $14.84 at December 31 2025. The company declared a quarterly distribution of $0.33 per share on May 1 2026, payable June 29 2026 to holders of record as of June 15 2026. During the quarter GBDC repurchased approximately 2.24 million shares for an aggregate purchase price of about $27.8 million.
