Morgan Stanley noted AI revenue grew more than 100 % YoY in H1, aerospace & defense revenue rose 24 %, semiconductor revenue also increased 24 % and wireless demand stayed in double‑digit growth territory. The brokerage raised its fiscal 2026 revenue‑growth estimate to 28 % from 23 % and adjusted EPS estimate to $10.20 from $8.90. For fiscal 2027, it projected adjusted EPS of $11.67 from $10.23 and lifted its price target to $350 from $305.
