RingCentral’s second‑quarter results, released on Friday, drove the stock to a 27 % intraday peak just shy of its 52‑week high. Revenue rose 5.9 % to $657 million, with subscription revenue at $634 million. GAAP diluted EPS jumped to $0.45, while non‑GAAP diluted EPS reached $1.22, exceeding consensus estimates of $0.45 and $1.17, respectively. Adjusted earnings of $1.22 per share also surpassed the $1.17 estimate on $650.5 million revenue. The company’s adjusted operating margin climbed to 23.4 %, and free cash flow expanded 24.8 % year‑over‑year to $180 million, giving a free‑cash‑flow margin of 27.4 %.
