Uranium Acquisition

Fusion Fuel Green PLC (NASDAQ: HTOO) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling interest in Royal Uranium Inc., which holds a diversified portfolio of nineteen uranium and natural‑gas royalties. The portfolio includes sixteen uranium royalties and three natural‑gas royalties operated by industry leaders such as Cameco and IsoEnergy. The acquisition will give Fusion Fuel direct exposure to uranium, a key asset class supporting global energy security and the growth of AI‑driven infrastructure and nuclear power. The deal is positioned to benefit from three structural trends: accelerating electricity demand from data‑center and AI infrastructure, a widening uranium supply deficit, and a heightened focus on secure regional access to critical energy materials. The transaction requires approval from the Irish Takeover Panel and shareholder approval, with closing expected in the first half of 2026. The acquisition is projected to strengthen Fusion Fuel’s strategic positioning and increase its exposure to an appreciating and essential asset class.
