Capital allocation for the quarter focused on aggressive expansion: $15.5 billion in pro‑rate gross investments was closed or under contract, $9.4 billion of which was completed. Pro‑rate gross investments for the reporting period were $6.3 billion, with $842.7 million in dispositions and loan repayments.
