Efficacy Endpoint

The NOV-ERA trial has been aligned with the U.S. FDA, which previously granted Fast Track Designation to Ontunisertib for Fibrostenosing Crohn's disease. The primary efficacy endpoint of the study will be endoscopic passability at Week 24, measured by the SES-CD narrowing score.
