Emerald Q1 Revenue

In the first quarter, Emerald reported revenue of $155.4 million, up from $147.7 million a year earlier, exceeding the FactSet estimate of $149.1 million. Net income per diluted share was $0.04, down from $0.08 a year earlier and below the FactSet consensus of $0.10. Following the earnings announcement, Emerald shares rose more than 7 % in pre‑market trading and climbed 11 % in Monday’s pre‑market activity after Apollo’s announcement. Onex shares fell 0.85 % in Canada on the day of the sale announcement.
