Endesa Buyback Approved

The Sixth Tranche of Endesa's share buyback framework program has been approved, aiming to reduce the company's share capital by canceling acquired own shares. The €500 million tranche will be executed from July 15 to November 27, 2026, with a maximum number of shares set at 69,494,889. Purchases will be made on the Spanish Stock Exchange Interconnection System or through multilateral trading facilities at market price, adhering to certain trading conditions and restrictions. The transactions and completion/interruption of the tranche will be communicated accordingly. Enel S.p.A., Endesa's majority shareholder holding 71.245 % of the share capital, has expressed its commitment not to participate in the framework program during this period. The shares purchased under the program will be held as treasury shares pending approval for their cancellation by the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting.
