EVI Acquires Sudsies

EVI Industries (EVI) said Monday it has agreed to acquire Sudsies, marking its entry into the consumer garment care services sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. Garment care company Sudsies, which will become a division of EVI Industries, generated about $21.7 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, EVI said.
