Expansion Progress

Strategic development continues to progress. The Marina Bay Sands expansion, scheduled to increase premium suite capacity and service offerings, remains on track for early 2031. Management expects operating‑expense investment to plateau in the second half of 2026, while a temporary dampening of visitation and gaming volumes during the World Cup in June is projected to rebound in subsequent periods.
