Management raised full‑year guidance. PRGS now expects fiscal‑year revenue between $990 million and just over $1 billion, with adjusted EPS ranging from $6.09 to $6.21. The outlook also includes adjusted free cash flow of $271 million to $283 million and unlevered free cash flow of $323 million to $334 million. CFO Folger projected Q3 revenue between $244 million and $250 million and EPS of $1.53 to $1.59. The company targets net leverage of approximately 2.8x.
