Instacart Q4 Growth

Instacart, the marketplace to which Maplebear’s inventory will be integrated, reported a 14% year‑over‑year increase in gross transaction volume to $9.9 billion in Q4, with transaction revenue rising 13% to $698 million and advertising and other revenue up 10% to $294 million. Total revenue for Instacart was $992 million and EBITDA leapt 20% to $303 million. Management now guides a first‑quarter gross transaction volume of roughly $10.2 billion and adjusted EBITDA of about $285 million, signalling continued upside that could feed into Maplebear’s partnership benefits.
