Leadership Transition

Munters Group AB announced a planned CEO succession following the release of its interim report for Q3 2026. Klas Forsström will step down as President and CEO, with Stefan Aspman, currently President of the Data Center Technologies (DCT) business area, appointed to take over the role. Aspman’s background includes leading DCT, a primary growth engine for the company, and he brings both financial acumen and operational expertise. Forsström will remain in an advisory capacity until 31 December 2026. The board praised Forsström’s seven‑year tenure, noting that Munters more than doubled in size during that period, with net sales rising from SEK 7 billion to over SEK 15 billion. Aspman’s appointment is expected to propel Munters into its next growth phase, and recruitment for a new President of DCT will commence following his departure.
