Lease to Institute

Demire Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate (DMRE.F) agreed to lease 10,000 square meters of its Reuterstraße 65 property in Bonn, Germany, to the Institute for Federal Real Estate. The institute will occupy the former Bonn Post headquarters starting in the autumn, the German real estate company said Tuesday.
