Mixed Revenue Outlook

Mobile Communications revenue fell 10 % YoY due to an inventory correction in RF‑SOI sales, while Automotive & Industrial revenue rose 108 % YoY on higher Power‑SOI and FD‑SOI wafer sales. For FY27, Soitec projects revenue to more than double the slightly above $100 million generated in FY26, supported by accelerating adoption in AI data centres and expanding multi‑year customer commitments. The company confirms a FY27 CAPEX cash‑out of around €100 million.
