New Board Member

Cadiz, Inc. (NASDAQ: CDZI) has added Dave O’Hara to its Board of Directors. O’Hara, a veteran finance executive, spent more than two decades at Microsoft, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial Business Group. His experience in corporate finance, commercial strategy, and large‑scale capital‑intensive investments is expected to support Cadiz’s growth plans.
