Ontunisertib Trial

AgomAb Therapeutics NV (AGMB) has announced the study design of the Phase 2b NOV-ERA trial for Ontunisertib in treating Fibrostenosing Crohn's Disease. The trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of ontunisertib, an oral small molecule that inhibits ALK5/TGF-β in the GI tract. This is a significant development as there are currently no approved therapies for this indication.
