Soitec reported first‑quarter FY27 revenue of €113 million, a 23 % year‑over‑year increase at constant currency and scope. The jump was driven by a 100 % year‑over‑year rise in Photonics‑SOI sales, which accounted for 57 % of total revenue and are fueling the Edge & Cloud AI segment. The Singapore‑based 300 mm SOI fab has been qualified for high‑volume manufacturing of Photonics‑SOI substrates, expanding capacity to meet rising demand.
