Public-sector tenants account for around 25% of DEMIRE's annual rental income, providing a stable source of revenue and contributing significantly to the quality of the company's tenant portfolio. DEMIRE's real estate portfolio comprises 42 properties with a lettable area of approximately 512,000 m², valued at around EUR 0.9 billion as of March 2026. The company has set a goal to expand its portfolio in the medium term by focusing on FFO-strong assets with growth potential and actively managing its operations and processes to drive operating performance improvement and cost discipline.
