Ingram Micro (INGM) reported Q4 2025 revenue of $14.88 billion, an 11.5 % year‑over‑year increase that beat analysts’ average estimate of $14.13 billion by 5 %. Net income on a GAAP basis reached $121.4 million, or 51 cents per share, while adjusted earnings per share were 96 cents, matching the company’s guidance of 67–75 cents for the March quarter. Adjusted EBITDA rose 8.1 % to $1.6 billion, the highest in more than a decade, and the free‑cash‑flow margin jumped to 10.2 % from 2.1 % YoY.
