Share Repurchase Terms

Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions. After completion, SalMar will ensure that minority shareholders can sell their shares in Måsøval at NOK 39.50 per share. The agreement includes a provision for Heimstø to repurchase the consideration shares at NOK 461.40 per share within 12 months of transaction completion.
