Snap Inc. reported Q2 2026 revenue of $1.60 billion, up 19 % year‑over‑year and beating the consensus estimate of $1.54 billion. Advertising revenue reached $1.28 billion, a 9 % rise, while non‑advertising revenue surged 85 %, largely driven by Snapchat+ and Lens+ subscriptions that grew to $316 million. Net loss narrowed to $164 million, or $0.10 per share, compared with $263 million ($0.16 per share) a year earlier. Adjusted earnings per share were $0.06, a loss of $0.01 a year ago, with an earnings surprise of –14.29 %. Adjusted EBITDA was $250 million, 7 pp higher at a 58 % gross margin, and free cash flow stood at $121 million, marking eight consecutive quarters of positive free‑cash‑flow. Operating margin improved to –10.7 % from –19.3 % a year ago, and the free‑cash‑flow margin was 7.5 %. Average revenue per user rose 13 % to $3.25 globally, with North American ARPU at $10.26. Daily active users reached 493 million (up 5 % YoY) and monthly active users were 971 million, with Europe posting the strongest growth at 33.3 % YoY.
