Tap Issue Terms

The tap issue includes two tranches: a Tap of 1.75% 24 Nov 2028 and a Tap of 4% 22 Jan 2032. The offer price is to be determined, but the securities will be issued at a fixed rate. The Stabilisation Managers may also use an over‑allotment facility up to 5% of the aggregate nominal amount.
