TeraWulf Lease Deal

TeraWulf (NASDAQ: WULF) announced a 20‑year lease with AI model maker Anthropic for its Hawesville, Kentucky data center. The contract, worth $19 billion, will bring 401 MW of computing power online by mid‑2027 and generate $19 billion in contracted revenue by early 2028. The lease also includes two five‑year renewal options, potentially extending the commitment for an additional decade. The deal pushes TeraWulf’s total AI order book to $27 billion across three tenants, including Core42 and Fluidstack, and provides an average annual yield of $2.4 million per megawatt.
