Upland Shares Surge

Upland Software (UPLD) shares surged 20.4% after a broad market rally and President Trump’s comments on talks with Iran. The move followed a 9.6% drop 20 days earlier, when the company posted fourth‑quarter revenue below expectations and issued weak forward guidance. Although earnings per share beat estimates, analysts highlighted a 27.5% year‑on‑year decline in sales and a forecasted revenue decline of 23.8% for the first quarter of 2026, both below consensus estimates.
