Vivani‑Novo Collaboration

Vivani Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: VANI) has signed a new agreement with Novo Nordisk to enable the company to evaluate NPM-139, Vivani's semaglutide drug implant for chronic weight management. This non‑exclusive internal evaluation is expected to further demonstrate Novo Nordisk's interest in evaluating Vivani's technology and its lead semaglutide application. The agreement reinforces Vivani's confidence in the market opportunity for its GLP‑1 implants under development.
