AXPAXLI NDA Filing

Ocular Therapeutix (OCUL) announced that it will file a new drug application (NDA) for its wet age‑related macular degeneration (wet AMD) candidate AXPAXLI in the fourth quarter of 2026. The NDA will rely on week‑52 efficacy data from the SOL‑1 trial and safety plus interim data from the SOL‑R trial. In Q4 2026 the company will conduct an interim safety analysis for SOL‑R to reach an aggregate safety exposure of more than 300 patients across SOL‑1 and SOL‑R, satisfying FDA requirements.
