BImA Lease Secured

DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG has secured a significant lease agreement with the Institute for Federal Real Estate (BImA) for approximately 10,000 m² of space in its property at Reuterstraße 65 in Bonn. This deal marks a key milestone in DEMIRE's efforts to establish the location as an international UN hub and underscores the attractiveness of the site. With this latest letting, DEMIRE has successfully transitioned the property from a single-tenant site to a multi-tenant property, further strengthening its long-term income base.
