On the acquisition front, Credo completed the purchase of CoMira Solutions, a high‑speed connectivity IP developer. CoMira’s link‑layer, error‑correction, and security IP will augment Credo’s ZeroFlap and OmniConnect portfolios, strengthening its position in scale‑up and scale‑out AI architectures across multiple protocols.
